Pongo: A little sad koala who gets teased at school

Nigel is a sad Koala. No-one makes friends with him. At school he is teased and called, ‘Pongo’. The other kids say that he farts a lot. They tell him that he smells bad and then they run away. I’m sure you will agree that this is not nice at all. No wonder Nigel is sad.

Things only get better for Nigel when a new kid arrives. Michael is a koala too. He is surprised to discover the cause of Nigel’s farting. But Michael knows what to do about it. And soon Nigel is making friends.

What is the cause of poor Nigel’s problem? How does Michael solve it? Find out all about it in this little, easy to read book. It will be fun to read out loud along with children and is sure to produce lots of giggles (but hopefully, no farting.)

Pongo is by Vicki Jones, Ian and John & Bob Leask and published by Crows Feet Book. You can find it at Amazon in Kindle or Paperback. (FREE to read too on Kindle Unlimited.)
