Introducing Frilly: The Unlikely Heroine of ‘She Ran Away From Love’, by Mawson

Fellow Baffled Ones,  your Writer-Bear (that’s Me, Mawson!) now has more than one book in the wide bright world. Yes there is the first One, It’s A Bright World To Feel Lost In, and another One called Dreamy Days and Random Naps. And another, errr, umm One making altogther (desperately counts on paws) more than ummm One and One and .. ummm.. Well, never mind those numbers. Tricky things, numbers are. The other One book features my brave little friend called Frilly. You can see here on the cover.

What happens in the book is that Frilly comes to me and pours out her worries. She feels she’ll never be brave enough to be loved.

What does Frilly do next? Well, it really is most interesting because  ..

[Guardian: Mawson, Mawson, Shhhhh. That’s what the book is about!]

Mawson: So … errr ..  I shouldn’t say it here?

[Guardian: Best not, Mawson. Not yet. Its what people want to find out as they read it.]

Mawson: Oh. Well, umm, anyway, Frilly’s book – and I’m in it Too, or err, Two, – what a funny number that is – anyway , Frilly’s book is mostly about what happens after She Ran Away From Love. And if you love bears and small pinkish ones like Frilly and if you are curious about what happens when she again sees the Bright Light of Love, well this little book by Me is just right for you.
