Writer Bears aren’t afraid to ask for help

Dear fellow Baffled Ones,

While creating She Ran Away From Love, by Me, Mawson, we bears discovered that to make a book just right, there must be lots of pondering, writing, editing and (shudder) revision.

Frilly and Mawson Bear’s helper team keep learning about all it takes to make a book.

It was all so much work that I kept falling into a nap, worn out. But my helpers kept at it. They kept on learning about the things you have to do to take a book out to the wide bright world.

They made Important phone calls on the Important Green Phone. They fixed the cameras so as to make the pictures. They found out  what to do on the Bright-World-For-Bears-Web-Net.   They found out how to help tell everyone about ‘She Ran Away From Love. Because even though what you really want to do is to send little book of ponders with pictures in it out for everybody, you also have to do an awful lot of other Stuff.

It’s A Bright World To Feel Lost In is already out in the wide world. ‘This book made me smile. This book made my heart sing.’ Pauline Dewberry of thedailymews.com. ‘Heartwarming and poignant’. Jack Magnus of Readers Favourite.

You can  plonk your paw to order it here through Book Depository (free shipping all over the world). Also at Amazon and Abebooks.com and Goodreads.com and, oh! all over the place.

You are in the web den of Mawson Bear, Ponderer of Baffling Things (between naps) and Writer-Bear

Published by Baffled Bear Books

I am Mark, Guardian of Mawson Bear. Mawson sits on Bed-Top Hill. Between naps he ponders about Baffling Things. After deep ponders, most things remain for him as completly baffling as they were before. But they do seem friendlier, somehow. If you, too, are baffled by, well, Things, his little books of ponders could be just right for you.
